Apparently, upgrading to the new version of Wordpress broke the plugin I used for this site’s navigation menu. So. I guess I’ll be working on a new layout tonight. >___<

Life has been extremely taxing these past few months, which is why, if you follow this site or Yorokobi no Uta, you’ve noticed that I’ve been kinda absent compared to last year.

Well, I just finished my final exams yesterday and will finally have the time to breathe and play around with this site again! With that in mind, I would like some feedback! Leave me a comment on this post or email me (contact info here or PM me on LJ (LJ’s PM system hates me, so I’d suggest email or commenting.)) and let me know what you think.

What would you like to see on this site? What should I focus on first? Lyric translations? Magazine translations? Basic info on releases? Drama/TV show synopses?

I’m thinking of either a forum or a chat room. Or both. Which are you more likely to use?

Does the layout work for you? (If not, what browser are you using and what’s wrong with the layout?)

Do you have any suggestions for a new domain name?

Despite what it currently says in the “About” section, this site will only focus on KAT-TUN. I don’t have the time or, frankly, the interest to do all the You & J groups. (If you do, I am willing to lend you the webspace and help you with setting it up. Just let me know.)

Possibly I should change this to a Monthly Update. *fails* Sorry. I haven’t really been in the mood for fandom things for awhile.

I’m slowly getting caught up on all the Manual translations and such that I’ve neglected recently, as well as the next chapter of the Nobuta wo. Produce novel, so look for those in the next week or so.

Also, I’ve decided that, rather than focus this site on all three You & J groups (KAT-TUN, NEWS, and Kanjani8), I’ll just stick with KAT-TUN. I can barely keep up with one group, so three would be impossible without massive amounts of help. Oh well.

The KAT-TUN Manuals have been moved! They’re over here!!! The page is still a bit of a mess with the default WP layout and such, but hopefully I’ll have time to figure things out this week.

The new Manual page should be better if you want to link to a specific entry. *nods*

I think, from now on, I’ll try to update as much of the site as possible during the week and then make a post about it on Fridays. My goal is to complete the KAT-TUN portion of this site (with summaries and info and lyrics) before the end of 2008, so that 2009 and beyond can be spent adding translations and new stuff.

Also, between 10:00pm and midnight (EST) tonight, the 26th, I’ll be upgrading Wordpress and playing with the layout a bit, so if you come here and find nothing but jarbled php code and a woman curled up in a corner whimpering… that’s why. Hopefully, I won’t break too much.

And done. The upgrade only broke one thing (my beloved breadcrumbs plugin… *sobs*). I’ll be tampering with the layout off and on all weekend, but nothing major enough to make the entire site implode.

Welcome to my shiny, new, incomplete, (hopefully) useful JE fansite!

Have a look around, but please excuse the mess. I am but one person and I’m rather slow at this sort of thing, so there are still lots of 404s and unfinished pages.

This site has been extensively viewed and tested using Firefox (2.0 and up), but I have no idea what any of this looks like in other browsers. If you see anything really wonky, please let me know by leaving a comment or by emailing me (kiminokoe3000[at]gmail.com) and I’ll try to fix things.

Right now, this site will just feature KAT-TUN, but eventually I’ll add in Kanjani8 and News and maybe some others, so definitely look forward to that!
